- Now, take an idli mould and grease it with some oil/butter & then, just like in the similar pattern of layering up any marble cake-
Do the same in each of the idli moulds (as many are therein in yours & if required, do it in batches)-
With the help of a wooden toothpick/thin skewer make the haywire pattern (marble ones)


- Now, bake it in a preheated oven at 180C, for about 15 mins time max.
