- 200 grms dark chocolate
- 120 grms fresh cream
- 4 tbsp chocolate syrup

- Take large kadai and put 2 cups salt in it and place a metal stand on salt. Preheat the kadai for 10 min
- Take a large mixing bowl pour milk, oil, add sugar powder, vanilla essence and lemon juice mix all together and keep aside for 5 min
- Now mix wet ingredients again keep sieve on bowl. Put maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Mix add sieve into wet mixture.
- Now mix whole batter by cut and fold method. If required add some milk to adjust the consistency. Now pour the batter into greased cake tin. Than place the tin in preheated kadai and bake it for 50-55 min. Check it with skewer, if not done that bake for 5 min. Gas flame should be low all the time.
- When cake baked nicely, put it on cooling rack. Let it cool completely and than take it out from tin.
- To prepare frosting take finely chopped dark chocolate in a mixing bowl. Heat fresh cream and pour the cream on chopped chocolate mix lightly and keep aside for 5 min. After 5 min mix chocolate and cream very well. Chocolate frosting is ready to decorate the cake.
- Now take the cake and cut into 3 layers. Take first layer put it on Turing table apply some chocolate syrup (4 tbsp chocolate syrup+ 2 tbsp water) and put prepared chocolate mixture on it and level it with specula. Repeat the process for other layers also. Than apply the chocolate frosting all over the cake. Put the cake in fridge for 15 min. Than level the frosting nicely and at last decorate the cake with some sprinkles. Delicious chocolate cake is ready.
